In women fraternity, any form of rash is dreaded and any woman can do all crazy things to make sure that the rash doesn’t invade some specific areas. Take for example her face that determines if she is worth taking to a hot date or not by some gorgeous catch somewhere. But when the same rash makes unimaginable 180 degrees drift strictly southwards, slightly below the second checkpoint where ingested foods rest, this can be devastating! Any form of rash no matter where it is located hurts a lot and one can do just about anything to get rid of it.

The vaginal rash mostly is caused by yeast infections when the fungus Candida is allowed to multiply around the vagina. Women could be more prone to rash because they like to dress in tight clothing. Well, why should anybody bother warning them any way and risk a bunch of unnecessary insults instead.

They expect you to know that the very reason they do it is to enhance the shape of their‘goodies’ and not to worry much about the dream home they are building for the yeast. What can I say? The yeast fungi must be lucky to have a dream home that is so private and warm something we all fancy everyday! You know what is true always hurts, the choice is yours lady, the next time you complain of an unsightly vaginal rash blame only your tight jeans. When you sweat, instead of that sweat being absorbed leaving your genital areas cool and dry, it only creates wetness, a wonderful environment for yeast fungi to grow.

Whenever most ladies are having their periods, they may experience this unbearable vaginal rash particularly if they take too long with a mucky pad or tampon without switching it with a clean one and bathing at least twice daily. When a woman goes for a bowel movement and wipes herself from back towards her vagina, then this is dirty and could also be a reason for that painful vaginal rash. The acidic effect of urine has been known to cause vaginal rash to women who don’t dry themselves well after peeing and the same causes the diaper rash to the baby. This can cause painful yet itchy rash to the victim and it can go away just by the soothing effect of a petroleum jelly like Vaseline.

Vaginal rash is also believed to emanate from a sexually transmitted disease such as genital warts or herpes and therefore one might need to see the doctor to diagnose this and offer the best prescription or even advice you to purchase a given drug from a pharmacist.

One could also try some home remedies such the soothing effect of a salt and vinegar combination in a warm bath. Better still try the antiseptic and anti-fungal natural option called the garlic whose juice can make the painful vaginal rash disappear with a few days of application. It’s unfair to let that vaginal rash cross that line while you suffer in silence, go and get help if you do let it then you are about to watch a lot in your life going to drain including your self confidence and also to have intimate relations with your spouse.

If you’ve never suffered from bacterial vaginosis then it might be difficult to comprehend just how painful and distressing it can be. Although this is not what some people might term to be a serious condition, bacterial vaginosis can be something of a burden to many women.

Bacterial vaginosis, or a yeast infection as it is also known, can have distressing symptoms and it can even be a great hurdle in many women’s lives. This is due to the fact that the symptoms of bacterial vaginosis simply can’t be ignored.

Things like unbearable itching, a burning sensation of the irritated area, painful sexual intercourse, pain during urination, yeasty smelling or cottage cheese-like discharge, and a rash are all indications that you might be suffering from a yeast infection, or bacterial vaginosis.

It doesn’t have to follow of course that what you have is a yeast infection, but these are all good indicators. If you feel that you might have a yeast infection, there are a few things that you might want to do first.

Consulting a trained medical physician should be the first order of the day if this is the first time you have ever had a yeast infection. If your bacterial vaginosis is recurrent then you always have the option of treating it yourself through one of the many home remedies.

Another thing that you might want to look into doing if you believe that you have bacterial vaginosis is to abstain from sexual intercourse as your partner might also contract this infection. Although bacterial vaginosis isn’t a sexually transmitted disease, it can be transferred from one partner to the other through sexual intercourse.

Since bacterial vaginosis can be recurrent in some women, it’s always best to know what the causes are of this particular infection. By knowing this information you then have the option of being able to take preventative measures and steps to help stop the recurrence of a yeast infection.

Causes of bacterial vaginosis can include hormonal imbalance and things leading to a hormonal imbalance like pregnancy, menopause, and menstruation. All of these can lead to a bodily imbalance which in turn can lead to bacterial vaginosis.

There are also those factors which can throw the pH balance of the vagina out of synch. When this happens the yeast inducing bacteria can have free reign to thrive in the vagina.

These factors include the use of douches or feminine sprays, the use of scented feminine hygiene products, the use of spermicides, and prolonged contact with semen.

There are also other factors to take in such as the prolonged use of antibiotics, birth control pills, stress, and even certain types of clothing such as too-tight jeans and wet bathing suits.

As you can see bacterial vaginosis can arise as a result of many factors, but if you take care to avoid most of these, you should be able to prevent bacterial vaginosis from occurring or even recurring.
