Rock the Trend: Denim

The end of summer is near, but the warmth of the days is far from waning, so how do you look fabulous in the late summer/early fall trends?  It’s easy, just go back to a timeless classic…denim!  By following our three favorite ways to rock denim at this time of year, you will be able to look like a showstopper for every occasion, whether it be casual or dressy.  We also give you some of the key pieces for each look.  So get ready to be girly, chic or glam all with the help of everyone’s favorite wardrobe essential, denim!

 

Chic, the French word for up to the minute style and fabulous all in one, is at the top of our list on how ladies’ should rock denim at this time of year.  If you want this style, you want to keep your silhouettes sleek and slim.  Tailored blazers, dark-wash denim jeans, and luxurious fabrics are the basics to pull this look off.  The perfect ensemble would be a pair of dark straight-leg or slim jeans with a camel colored cashmere shell or blouse, muted-colored tailored single-breasted blazer, and a pair of dark patent leather stilettos.  Mix and match patterned blazers with solid color blouses so as to be as coordinated as possible.  You only want one item in this ensemble to be busy, as being chic means being a bit demure.
